Company purchase order. Fax your company purchase order to (866) 854-3697.

International orders. Please include your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number. Credit cards and bank wires(TT) accepted for international orders.

Minimum order of US $200.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), company check, personal check, or bank wire (TT).

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.
If you receive a product you are not satisfied with or does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- contact us by phone or email and get a return authorization
- return it via UPS ground within 30 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. We can't accept returns that don't have a return authorization, are past 30 days, or are returned improperly.

Our privacy policy is very simple: none of the personal information that is part of your order will be shared with outside parties. Your email address, name, address, what you purchase, or any other information that may be gathered from your visit at A51 Magnetics will not be given to any other organizations of any kind. Registering in our customer database follows the same rules as above, and is only provided as a convenience for you to speed up the ordering process if you order frequently.

All credit card information and transactions are processed privately and securely through PayPal.

A51 Magnetics never sends unsolicited email. You'll only get a message from us if you've placed an order or have specifically requested email updates about our site.
